When it gets to be spring I always long to be sitting in a beach chair at my favorite beach Edisto Beach, South Carolina...as
they say "A little bit of Heaven!"

Pete is a wonderful mutt from the pound that my son, Drew's fiance Emily adopted. He is such a sweety and he looks alot like
the Tramp in Lady and the Tramp except he is darker. Pete likes nothing better than a good romp in the river or in the lagoons
in our neighborhood.

My middle son Ben. This is all needle turned applique done after a class with Charlotte Warr Anderson last year in Charleston.
I decided that I would leave the applique portraits to Charlotte and stick to raw edge applique...I am a collage kinda girl.
